The Self Work Circle
The Self Work Circle is a bi monthly gathering for those wanting space to pause, reflect and reconnect with themselves in a supportive and down to earth setting.
Each session offers gentle guidance and open conversation around personal growth, emotional well being and self awareness.
The focus moves between mindset, mind body connection, intention setting and inner balance, using simple practices that support clarity and self trust.
Sessions may include creative and reflective approaches such as art based exploration, journaling, dream reflection, visualisation and other alternative tools for self understanding.
From time to time guest facilitators are invited to share their experience and perspective, adding depth and variety to the circle.
This is not a class or a place to fix yourself. It is a space to slow down, listen inward and explore what supports you in feeling more grounded, aligned and present.
No experience is needed. Just curiosity and an openness to explore.
