Initial Holistic Counselling Consultation

Your first session is a warm and supportive introduction to holistic counselling at The Creative Cure.

This appointment includes time to complete your client intake form, discuss your personal history, and clarify your goals and intentions for therapy.

Together, we’ll explore which holistic approaches — such as Gestalt awareness work, dream therapy, creative journaling, or colour-based reflection that best align with your needs.

The initial consult sets the foundation for your ongoing sessions, ensuring your experience feels safe, personalised, and spiritually grounded.
